Order and contract

These terms cover goods purchased in the online shop. Product characteristics, quantities and prices appear on the product page and in the order summary. Check your selection and contact details before submitting. The order button submits an order with an obligation to pay if the seller accepts it.

The purchase contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation to your email address. Your invoice and payment information are sent separately. If an item cannot be supplied, we contact you; substitutions or a different price require separate agreement. Money received for an unfulfilled order is refunded. The applicable terms and order information are retained and emailed to you.

Prices and payment

Consumer prices and the order total are in EUR including applicable VAT. Delivery charges are shown separately before submission and included in the final total. Additional charges require your express agreement.

Bank transfer against an invoice is available. Use the invoice number as the payment reference and pay by the stated due date. Receipt of an order or issue of an invoice does not confirm payment. Online payments are available only when actually offered at checkout.

When MakeCommerce online payments are available at checkout, they are provided by Maksekeskus AS (https://makecommerce.lv/). Only payment methods currently available are offered for selection. The transaction currency is EUR. After confirming payment, return to the shop using the payment provider’s link.

Delivery and collection

The displayed delivery charges apply to Latvia. The selected method, address and charge are recorded with your order. Collection is free; agree the location and time before travelling. For a parcel point, enter its exact name and address; this is currently a manually processed request, not a carrier reservation.

Unless a different deadline is separately agreed, we deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of concluding the contract. Contact us about delays to arrange an additional period or exercise applicable cancellation rights. Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when they or their designated recipient receive the goods, subject to statutory exceptions.

Consumer right of withdrawal

An individual buying outside their trade or profession generally has 14 days from receiving goods to withdraw without giving a reason. For separately delivered goods in one order, the period starts on receiving the last item. Send an unambiguous statement to info@nextage.lv or our registered address. The model form below is optional.

Return the goods within 14 days of notifying withdrawal. Contact us to confirm the return destination; this does not restrict your right to notify withdrawal. You bear the direct return costs. You are liable for diminished value only for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We refund payment, including the least expensive standard delivery offered, within 14 days of receiving withdrawal, using the same payment method unless you agree to another at no charge. For goods we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their return. An extra charge for a more expensive delivery option need not be refunded.

Exceptions apply only where provided by law, for example goods made to individual specifications or unsealed software. Any applicable exception is identified for that offer. Opening ordinary electronics packaging alone does not remove withdrawal rights.

Non-conforming goods and complaints

Consumers may claim for non-conformity within two years of delivery and within two months of discovering it. Statutory remedies include free repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, price reduction or cancellation. A manufacturer's commercial guarantee does not replace these rights. Necessary costs of remedying a defect are distinct from a consumer's withdrawal return costs.

Send a written complaint with the order number and a description to info@nextage.lv. We respond within 15 working days; if objectively more time is needed, we explain why and give a response date. If unresolved, consumers may contact PTAC (www.ptac.gov.lv), the Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission or a court.

Personal data and newsletters

Order and contact data are processed to enter into and perform the contract and comply with accounting and other legal obligations. Necessary data are shared with delivery, payment and IT providers for their tasks. Accounting records are retained for the statutory period; other data according to their purpose. Contact info@nextage.lv about access, correction, erasure, restriction or other applicable rights. Complaints may be submitted to the Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).

Offers and newsletters require a separate optional choice that is not preselected. Each marketing email contains an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing does not affect your order or necessary service messages. More information: https://store.nextage.lv/en/privacy-policy/.

Business purchases and services

Consumer withdrawal and dispute procedures do not apply to purchases for business or professional use. A business VAT number does not automatically qualify a purchase for 0% VAT. Services, recurring maintenance and individually quoted work require a separate agreement on scope, period, price and termination. This goods checkout is not consent to start a service during the withdrawal period or debit a card automatically.
