SIA NEXTAGE helps plan and implement automation, data networks and related technical systems. For us, a smart home begins with understandable everyday actions: what needs to be controlled, what should happen automatically and what the user needs to manage directly.
Larnitech is one of the manufacturers whose equipment we use in our projects. Its automation solutions can cover lighting, climate and other control tasks. The available functions depend on the selected devices, configuration and infrastructure at the property.
Planning before product selection
Before selecting devices, we discuss how rooms are used, the required scenarios and the preferred controls. Existing electrical wiring and networking, the construction stage and future expansion plans also matter.
In a new building, cables and control points can be planned before finishing work. In an existing property, the solution needs to fit the available infrastructure. This approach helps avoid buying equipment that does not match the intended task.
A project is not limited to one manufacturer
We also use equipment from other manufacturers. Some tasks are best served by a single system; others call for several solutions working together. Selection depends on compatibility, budget and maintenance requirements.
Interoperation is checked for each project. Not every device can be connected directly to any system, so the required interfaces and components are established before ordering.
From an idea to daily use
Within an agreed scope, we help select equipment, install and configure it, and test the required scenarios. At handover, we explain the main user actions and settings.
